Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery times (after dispatch):

• Products marked Fast US Shipping ship from a US warehouse: usually 2-7 business days.
• All other products ship from overseas warehouses: usually 7-15 business days.
• If an order contains both kinds of items, it may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen during peak seasons, holidays or bad weather.

Shipping rates: Free shipping on US orders of $35 or more; $4.99 standard shipping on orders under $35.

Tracking: When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also use the Track Order page.

Wrong or incomplete address: Please check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.

Lost or late parcels: If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact support@vaylishop.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
